• Ecommerce automation (dropshipping systems, store automation, integrations, and workflows)

All services are custom, non-tangible, and effort-based.

2. Ecommerce Automation Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

By purchasing ecommerce automation services, you acknowledge:

• We do not guarantee profits, sales, or business success
• Ecommerce performance depends on:
  
  • Market demand
  • Product selection
  • Ad spend
  • Platform algorithms
• We are not responsible for losses, ad spend, or business performance

We only provide technical setup, automation systems, and strategy support.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve:

• Shopify, WooCommerce
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
• Google Ads
• Payment gateways
• Hosting providers

We are not responsible for:

• Account bans or suspensions
• Policy violations
• Platform downtime
• Payment gateway issues

4. Payments

• All payments are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy
• Pricing may vary based on project scope
• Work begins only after payment confirmation

5. No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee:

• Sales or revenue
• ROI or profitability
• Rankings or traffic
• Ad performance

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Approve deliverables on time
• Follow platform policies (Meta, Google, Shopify, etc.)

Failure to comply may impact results, and we are not liable.

7. Intellectual Property

• All work remains our property until full payment
• Unauthorized use of unpaid work is prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Maximum liability = amount paid for the service

9. Indemnification

You agree to protect us from any claims arising from:

10. Termination

We may terminate services if:

• Payments are not made
• Terms are violated
• Abuse or misconduct occurs

11. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes must go through binding arbitration in New Jersey
• No class action lawsuits allowed
