Refund & Cancellation Policy – WebVoken Global LLC

Effective Date: March 23, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by WebVoken Global LLC through webvokenglobal.com. By purchasing any service, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

WebVoken Global LLC provides:

  • Digital marketing (SEO, ads, social media)
  • Website & app development
  • Ecommerce setup and automation
  • Cloud, cybersecurity, and consulting services

All services are:

  • Intangible
  • Time-based
  • Customized per client

Once work begins, services are considered progressively delivered and non-reversible.

2. Strict No-Guarantee Policy

You acknowledge that:

  • We do not guarantee results, including:
    • Sales, revenue, or profitability
    • Ad performance or ROI
    • SEO rankings or traffic growth
  • Outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control

Failure to achieve expected results does not qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Before Work Begins

A full refund may be issued only if:

  • Work has not started
  • A written request is made within 24 hours of payment

3.2 After Work Begins

Once work has started:

  • Fees are considered earned proportionally (pro-rata)
  • Refunds:
    • Are partial only, if any
    • Determined at the sole discretion of WebVoken Global LLC
    • Based on time spent, resources used, and work completed

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Lack of communication, delays, or missing materials from the Client
  • Subjective dissatisfaction (design, branding, content preferences)
  • Completed deliverables or approved milestones
  • SEO, ads, or ecommerce performance not meeting expectations
  • Subscription or retainer periods already billed
  • Third-party costs (ad spend, plugins, hosting, domains, tools, etc.)

5. Ecommerce Automation & Ads Disclaimer

For ecommerce automation, dropshipping systems, and paid advertising services:

  • We are not responsible for:
    • Product performance
    • Store profitability
    • Ad spend losses
    • Supplier issues
    • Account bans or restrictions (Shopify, Meta, Google, etc.)

No refunds will be issued based on:

  • Low sales
  • Business losses
  • Platform-related issues

6. Cancellations

6.1 One-Time Projects

  • Can be canceled at any time
  • Work completed will be billed
  • Any remaining unused portion may be refunded at our discretion

6.2 Monthly Retainers & Ongoing Services

  • Require 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds once a billing cycle has started
  • Services continue until the end of the paid period

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree:

  • To contact us before initiating any dispute
  • That filing a chargeback without prior communication is a breach of this agreement

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend services
  • Submit evidence to dispute the chargeback
  • Recover funds through legal or collection actions
  • Charge administrative or legal fees where permitted

8. Client Responsibilities

Refund eligibility may be denied if you:

  • Fail to provide required content, access, or approvals
  • Delay project timelines
  • Do not follow agreed instructions

9. Intellectual Property & Work Ownership

  • All work remains property of WebVoken Global LLC until fully paid
  • In case of refund:
    • You must cease using all deliverables
    • Ownership rights remain with the Company

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under U.S. law:

  • WebVoken Global LLC is not liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential damages
    • Loss of profits, business, or data
  • Maximum liability is limited to:
    the amount paid for the specific service in dispute

11. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

13. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
